Terms template

Clear rules for a creator-first platform.

These implementation-aligned terms are a launch template, not a substitute for legal advice. Counsel must adapt them to the operating entity, age rules, marketplace model and launch regions.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Eligibility and accounts

Members must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable in their location, provide accurate account information and protect authentication credentials. Australian age-assurance and social-media obligations require a formal classification before launch.

Content and conduct

Members retain ownership and are responsible for having the rights, releases and permissions needed to upload and sell work. Content must follow the Community Standards, rights policies and AI-disclosure requirements.

Payments, sellers and instructors

Paid memberships, marketplace orders and seller payouts use Stripe. The final terms must explain prices, commissions, taxes, refunds, disputes, payout holds, identity checks, course promises and event cancellation responsibilities.

Moderation and appeals

PhotoTalent may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, cancel events or hold payouts when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, fraud prevention or legal compliance. A fair appeal process should be available for material decisions.

Service availability and termination

The service may change as photography, safety and regulatory needs evolve. Members should receive reasonable notice for material adverse changes. Export and deletion paths should remain available, subject to lawful retention.

Liability and governing law

Liability limits, consumer guarantees, indemnities, dispute resolution and governing law vary materially by jurisdiction and must be drafted by qualified counsel. Nothing should exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
